Philip Onyenedum is the founder of PANOV General Construction, Inc. He is an entrepreneur who had worked for the USARMY in construction and design for several years before retirement. He worked several years at Aberdeen proving ground as an architect before heading to Kuwait where he spent over a decade as the program manager for all construction for the USARMY Kuwait from 1999 to 2012, handing several million dollar worth of construction effort. During this time, he was involved in all aspects of the construction business. He has performed at every level, from working in the field, to managing all of the construction contracts and functions.
